The 13th European Workshop on Voluntary Action, took place in Dubrovnik, Croatia from
1-5 October 2004.

The event was organised by CSV in association with DESA and the National Foundation for Civil Society.

Seventeen nationalities were represented by over 120 participants who engaged in workshops, training sessions, and round tables to discuss and exchange ideas, find new inspiration and energy, improve existing practices with newly acquired skills and form new alliances.
