Dare to Care was a campaign led by CSV and the Campaign to End Child Poverty with the aim of encouraging 35,000 people to volunteer their time to help children and families living in with the effects of poverty in England.
In fact, the campaign was a huge success, with many sustainable projects set up and 175,000 children benefitted from the many hours donated by volunteers.
The campaign started at the beginning of October 2007 and ended in February 2008. Campaign themes were Make a Difference, Education, Family Support, Health and Time for Money.
