The Activity Locator is a database of activities that have been registered for CSV Make a Difference Day. The database is populated with activities gradually as we get closer to CSV Make a Difference Day 2008 which this year falls on 25 October.

We can only list activities where the organiser has agreed to be promoted on our website.

The search is by distance from your postcode and type of volunteering activity selected.

Information available from the activity locator:

• how far the activity is from your postcode
• what type of activity is taking place with a short description
• when it is taking place
• whether additional volunteers are needed
• what you need to bring with you
• contact information for the organiser
• whether the activity has disabled access
