What constitutes a healthy lifestyle?

What activities can we do and what steps can we take to live healthier lives?

This plan aims to promote understanding and action to encourage a healthy lifestyle. It also goes further than simply suggesting that a healthy diet is enough, and encourages pupils to think about how the government defines a healthy lifestyle, and how they can improve their health, and the health of their friends and families, by volunteering.
