Q. Where is CSV Skills Training offered?
A.

From 10 principle sites across England, Scotland, and Wales; London Borough's of Bromley, Hackney, Islington and Southwark, Bristol, Hereford, Sunderland, Newcastle, Cardiff and Glasgow.

Q. Who do we provide services for?
A.

For people of all ages, but with a special emphasis on those people who have experienced difficulties in accessing mainstream training and educational opportunities, including the long-term unemployed, early school leavers, and those in need of Basic Skills support.

Q. What types of training opportunities does CSV provide?
A.

Vocational and pre-vocational training and a range of other educational opportunities. Click here to see where we offer basic skills, citizenship and media training.

If you are interested in Educational training including citizenship, CSV Education can offer tailor-made courses to meet your needs.

All courses can be delivered on site by our trainers who have extensive experience of delivering citizenship training.

Q. What is the relationship of Springboards with CSV?
A. Springboards are part of CSV. They are limited companies in their own right in order to be flexible to the training and educational needs of the populace they serve, but are accountable through CSV's line management structures.
Q. My organisation has undergone a period of change and needs to implement a revised staff and volunteer training policy. Can you help?
A.

CSV Consulting can provide tailor-made training for volunteer managers, project workers, committee and board members and volunteers.  We will work up a learning and development package with you for your own organisation. In-house training sessions or workshops are designed to meet your objectives and help you hit your important targets.

A.

CSV runs the Institute for Advanced Volunteer Management (IAVM) which offers advanced-level training to managers of volunteers and volunteer programmes. 

Workshops on all aspects of volunteer management are presented by world experts in volunteerism.
