Q. Can CSV organise site visits, study tours or visits to find out more about its work?
A.

CSV has recently hosted volunteer managers, academics and policy makers from countries such as Japan, the USA, Malaysia and Russia.

CSV Consulting has made presentations, run workshops and delivered training about volunteering in such countries as Jordan, Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Romania and the USA.

Contact us about the learning packages that we can put together for groups or individuals from half a day to 10 days and to discuss our rates. Visit the CSV Consulting pages for further information about our services and for our contact details.

Q. I'm looking for a one-day workshop on risk management issues and wondered whether CSV could help me?
A.

The IAVM (CSV's Institute for Advanced Volunteer Management) Regional Workshop Series 2008 offers leading advanced-level training sessions for people who manage volunteers.

Topics covered in previous years include risk management and liability issues, marketing volunteers and programmes, building meaningful jobs for volunteers, advanced recruitment and retention of volunteers, and much more.

For details of the workshops scheduled to take place this year visit the IAVM 2008 pages.

Q. Do you run seminars for voluntary sector audiences?
A.

CSV organises seminars run by experts from the UK and overseas, with our seminar series aimed at special interest audiences.

In 2007, for example, we once again organised a seminar for national and local government offices and members.

For further information on our workshops and seminars in 2008, please visit the CSV Consulting IAVM pages.
