Workshops
We offer workshops in a range of topics related to sustainability. Each term, we offer a different topic, builidng up a catalogue of workshops that we can deliver on request
How green is your garden?
First, children explore how animals and plants depend on each other, and are interconnected. Children work in groups to decide this, and then to pool together what they can find in their own gardens.
Teams are then given a budget and shopping list from 'Green and Greeners Gorgeous Garden Shop' and some freebie objects to use in their gardens, then off they go. They design their own 'biodiverse' gardens, making sure they've put in some fun things - the odd tyre swing - too!
