CSV Education and Deutsche Bank have worked in partnership since 1999. The CSV / Deutsche Bank Citizenship in Schools programme promotes active community involvement through Citizenship Education projects and volunteering.

The programme is open to 100 London secondary schools which have been selected by Deutsche Bank.

There are three strands to the project:

• Deutsche Bank Employee Volunteering
CSV Education trains, places and supports Deutsche Bank employees. They volunteer in schools as mentors, e-mentors, reading partners and senior management mentors

• Project Team Challenge
Project Team Challenge trains, guides and support teams of secondary school students to plan and implement projects in their school and wider community. There are ten schools involved in PTC per year

• Active Citizenship Training
CSV Education offers student training in buddying, peer mentoring and reading to all the schools involved in the Deutsche Bank programme.
