CSV Education pioneered the idea of citizenship education and works with a variety of primary and secondary schools, post 16 institutions and universities across the UK.

We can provide information, guidance and resources to enable you to develop and deliver Citizenship Education and Community Involvement Projects.

CSV Education offers a wide range of training courses and consultancies including Mentoring (peer mentoring and buddying), Tutoring, Leadership (including student voice and participation) and Community Partnerships. Our experienced facilitators will come to your school or organisation and train young people or adults according to your needs.

We can also provide support and consultancies for anyone implementing active citizenship and projects involving volunteers.

Through the Community Partners website you can access useful resources such as lesson plans and teaching materials, buy educational books and CDs and discover ‘good practice’ guidelines for community involvement.

CSV Education also produce a twice-yearly newsletter which will keep you updated on all the resources available and any opportunities to take part in upcoming community projects or education programmes. We also publish occasional reports and evaluations of our projects which are available on request.

If you would like to be added to the mailing list, or have any questions about our training courses, please see www.csvcommunitypartners.org.uk or contact 020 7643 1435 or education@csv.org.uk.
