Team Up! aims to promote positive attitudes to sexual health and relationships, habits for healthy eating for young people, and to increase awareness of a more ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ in local communities.

This project is funded via the DoH – Opportunities for Volunteering Scheme (OFV).

Volunteers and health professionals support young people to develop health promotion activities for members of the local community, and to introduce young people and their families to sports and activities they would not normally engage in.

Young people, and their friends and families, benefit from activities aimed at diverse groups of people.  Events and activities are arranged with the help of volunteers, local agencies and specialists and include football, exercise routines, art and music activities, and sessions arranged with visiting specialists - nutritionists, beauticians, artists, musicians, etc.  There are also trips and fun days out!

Current projects include SNIPS (Special Needs Integrated Playscheme) and Pyramid Club.

Please contact Sharon Bell for more information via email at sbell@csv.org.uk or telephone 07747 153876.
