Team Challenges
We are now taking registrations for Team Challenges in 2006.
A team challenge is a one day event that gives employees the opportunity to carry out a practical task that makes a visible difference, and benefits the local community.
It enables employees to use practical skills and work together as a group to achieve combined objectives with the partner organisation.
Please see below for a registration form and best practice guide.
For costs of Team Challenges or any other questions, please contact Rachel Allan on 020 7643 1365, or email rallan@csv.org.uk.

Awareness of social issues
Involvement with the education, voluntary and community sectors provides employee volunteers with the opportunity to gain an understanding of a range of social issues.

Staff development
Team tasks may be used to develop current teams or as an opportunity for cross departmental working.
Almost all volunteers who participate in team tasks say that working with their colleagues in a new environment is an excellent way to develop team spirit.

Get involved - what next?
Simply get a group of people together from your department, or other colleagues, and complete a Registration Form and send to rallan@csv.org.uk.
N.B.
Part of your Team Challenge may be to fundraise for materials that your project may require, such as paint and gardening equipment.
If you have any questions, check the team challenge information sheets or call Rachel on
