Agents4Change
We need volunteers aged 16-25 to act as community catalysts to inspire and empower other young people to make a real difference in their local communities.
Based with the BBC, volunteers set up exciting volunteering opportunities for others to join in with, and liaise with schools, local media and the local community to raise awareness and encourage participation. Supporting a student at university
We are looking for a female volunteer aged 18+ to support a 20 year old female with Cerebral Palsy to be able to study at a university in Scotland. The volunteer would help with assisting with mobility to access lectures and educational facilities, assist with meals, and help with social and leisure activities. This opportunity is based in Edinburgh although we have similar opportunities elsewhere in the UK

Helping older adults who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf blind
A volunteer aged 18+ is needed to support individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf blind in a registered care home. The volunteer will help to enhance the quality of life of residents of the home by spending time with them, creating activities and tasks which they would like to do as well as supporting the paid staff in their duties. Based in Canterbury, Kent
Respite Care
We need volunteers to support a range of people including older people and people with disabilities in their own homes, while providing respite care to their carers. Volunteers help with befriending, assisting them with activities around the home, and supporting them in the pursuit of social and leisure activities within the community. Based in Bexley, Kent
Supporting a young person live independently
A female volunteer aged 18+ is needed to support a female in her 20s who is registered blind and has Cerebral Palsy and who needs help to live as independent a life as possible. Based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Helping a single parent with two children
We need a female volunteer (18+) to help support a male single parent who is chronically ill with two school-age children, in order for them to continue living together in the community. The volunteer will help with all aspects of childcare as well as assisting with practical domestic tasks. Based in Essex
