GO London offers a flexible and easy way for people to volunteer, holding over 50 events each year at a range of community venues across the city.  Last year GO London volunteers gave 3,000 hours at 54 community venues across the city with 1,100 volunteers signing up for project updates and 728 of them attending at least one event.

GO London events make a visible difference to communities across the city. For instance, painting a mural in a school to create a brighter more inspiring environment for children to learn in or creating a sensory garden at a resource centre for older people.

You can help the project to continue and develop so we can meet demand for GO London events by sponsoring GO.  GO currently runs 50 events each year but with your help we could run more or expand the project to other cities.

You can sponsor a one-off event, events in a particular area or the whole GO project. As well as giving hundreds of people the chance to volunteer you would have the opportunity to raise the profile of your organisation and develop links with community projects across the city. GO is well known in the area in which it operates and is developed with participation from key representatives from the council, the local community, businesses and volunteers.

GO events create great photo opportunities for the local press. Your company’s support will be acknowledged on the GO website and emails and other materials advertising the events.
