Volunteering with Nottinghamshire Healthcare's Out 'n About Scheme offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for anyone motivated to help meet the needs of some of the people most excluded from our communities.

With a minimum commitment of 6 months and an average contact of 2-3 hours per week, befriending with the scheme is based on a creative one-to-one approach that works in partnership with NHS professionals to meet the needs of those with enduring mental illness and difficulties in engaging with healthcare services.

Out n' About operates in Nottingham and Newark & Sherwood, and offers flexible arrangements to meet volunteer needs.
