Springboard Bromley is a training organisation supporting young people to progress from education into employment. We are a values-driven charity with a strong focus on improving outcomes.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced trainer to develop and run our new Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship provision. The postholder will be expected to train and assess learners aged 14-24 and work, with support from others, to market our programme to employers.

Our aspiration is to deliver beauty treatments from our Bromley base. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can take ownership and develop provision to widen our current Apprenticeship offer.
