Springboard Bromley is a training organisation supporting young people to progress from education into employment. We are a values-driven charity with a strong focus on improving outcomes.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven person to lead our employer engagement work in Bromley. The post holder will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with employers, promoting our Apprenticeship scheme to ensure we are able to place learners in appropriate jobs. 

The post holder will be expected to work towards challenging monthly targets determined by the requirements of external contracts. We are ideally looking for someone who can navigate the worlds of business and education/training, selling our organisation in a professional way to employers, whilst maintaining an empathy and consideration for the needs of our learners.
