Sadly Make a Difference Day has come to a close for another year, but that can only mean one thing - it's time for Make a Difference Day Photo Competition!
This years prize is 52 bars of chocolate (one a week for a year!), with the two runners up receiving 25 bars each. The standard of the photos was as great as ever, and here at CSV we loved seeing the amazing activities across the country.

Tens of thousands of people took part in hundreds of activities across the country, many of which were focussed on this year's theme of combating loneliness and isolation.
