All the projects listed are aimed at bringing together communities and reaching out to isolated individuals - contact us today to claim your free copies, or download here!
There are six lesson plans for Key Stages 3 and 4 available, focusing on Youth, Media, Fair Trade, Child Poverty, Politics, and Health & Sports.
The Action Packs are sent out to all registered projects, and include t-shirts, posters, stickers, volunteer certificates and other free goodies to help your activity go smoothly!
