Employee Volunteering for Individuals

Through tailor made volunteering programmes we develop new and exciting opportunities for volunteers to make a positive difference to people by enhancing their self-esteem, confidence and even academic achievement.

The benefits

There are many benefits of volunteering, including increased motivation, personal development and potential among employees, and positive PR for the employer. Volunteers can experience new opportunities and have a sense of pride in their work with the community.

The community organisations also benefit, not just by having a helping hand with the completion of enormously useful projects, but by contributing to staff development through engagement with corporate or government volunteers.

How we deliver

We work with a variety of community venues including youth clubs, homeless outreach centres, secondary schools and primary schools, enabling them to offer more to their beneficiaries.

For example, we deliver exciting opportunities for volunteers to enhance the self-esteem and academic achievement of school pupils, through a variety of bespoke reading and numeracy programmes.
