"Npower has been working in partnership with CSV Employee Volunteering for some ten years. Over this period volunteering has become an integral part of our day to day life.

By allowing our employees time to volunteer, we have noted an increase in personal skills development. We have also seen an upturn in morale as well as a huge sense of pride in the company.

Through our volunteering activity we have built long-term partnerships with community and charity organisations. We can take responsibility for specific projects, build relationships and enhance the communities on which we work.
