Over 50? Want to balance your leisure with community involvement?
Your skills, knowledge and life experience are a valuable resource.
What do RSVP volunteers do?
CSV RSVP is volunteer-led and managed, with only a few permanent paid staff but we provide group commitment and support for members.
You do what you want to do and you choose when. All we ask is that you attend reasonably regularly. You can volunteer in groups, or individually, and decide on projects according to your interests.
How can I find out more?
RSVP has its own website, where you can find out much more about RSVP on a nationwide level: who we are, what we do, and where, and what benefits joining can bring to you. Please take a moment to visit our website.

Organisers
Unpaid Organisers are responsible for local groups varying in size from 10 to 50 or more.
Around 20 volunteer Regional Co-ordinators are responsible for some 450 project organisers and over 12,000 volunteers. RSVP opportunities are as diverse as the volunteers themselves. Take a look at our Projects pages.
Many local communities have an RSVP Organiser who recruits volunteers and finds charities, hospitals, schools, other organisations and so on who would benefit from a team of RSVP volunteers.
Along with co-ordinating volunteers and voluntary work, he/she also makes sure that all volunteers have proper training and support. As an organiser you will be provided with an Organisers Manual.
